With their eclectic blend of indie rock, synth-pop, and dreamy electronica, the Portland-based band, STRFKR played their first night of tour at a sold out show at The Observatory in Santa Ana, CA.
From the moment STRFKR appeared on stage, they effortlessly merged their signature sound with captivating visuals. As the stage bathed in a kaleidoscope of colors and psychedelic patterns, it created a multisensory vision for those in attendance.
Highlights of the night included fan favorites like "Rawnald Gregory Erickson the Second" and a cover of Cyndi Lauper’s "Girls Just Want to Have Fun," which got the crowing moving and jumping. The moment the band played "Golden Light" the audience was pumped. As the night went on, we talked to a few fans in the crowd and many of them said “Golden Light” was their favorite song.

One of the most remarkable aspects of the performance was the band's ability to seamlessly blend genres and moods, effortlessly transitioning from upbeat anthems to introspective notes without missing a beat.
As the night drew to a close, and the final chords of "While I'm Alive" echoed through the venue, there was a collective sense of euphoria and bittersweet nostalgia in the air. STRFKR had delivered a performance that left a mark on all who were able to snag a sold out ticket.
